Steve Di Leo joined WHK Horwath in 2001 and is a Principal in the Tax Consulting Division.

Steve provides hands on advisory and tax consulting services for publicly listed and large private companies, managed investment schemes and financial services businesses. He is also involved in providing tax advice on both direct and indirect taxes, as well as taxation advice specifically on business acquisitions, due diligence assignments, employee remuneration, tax consolidations and international structuring.
