Peter has over twenty years experience in professional practice and has extensive practical experience in all aspects of corporate taxation and specialises in corporate reorganisation, capital gains tax, goods and services tax and mining.

He advises corporate clients in all aspects of tax law, including demergers, takeovers, tax consolidation, due diligence, international tax planning and business sale transactions.

Peter is also involved in training and advising over 100 accounting firms in Perth on all new tax law changes.

Peter has also developed a Business Planning process to assist businesses cope with the ever increasing challenges.
