Grant Townsend heads the Tax Services Group for WHK Horwath, Brisbane. Grant has significant experience providing taxation solutions to businesses of all sizes and descriptions, including public companies, privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Grant fully understands Australia's tax laws as well as the laws of foreign jurisdictions. His experience includes business succession planning, structuring for investment (both local and international) transfer pricing, business acquisitions and sales, exit strategies and tax audit negotiations. He has previously held positions at the ATO and senior positions in both large international and medium-sized accounting firms. Grant's focus is to provide businesses with real commercial solutions.
