His experience includes internal and external audit, due diligence for company floats and major acquisitions, investigating accountants' reports and special investigations. He also has extensive experience in the documentation and analysis of accounting systems and developing sound internal controls and good reporting systems. Don is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
